Colin G. Calloway at the Jesup Memorial Library

Submitted by Marion Fearing on Mon, 06/24/2019 - 2:34pm

Please join us at the Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor on Friday, July 19th at 7PM to hear Colin G. Calloway talk about his book "The Indian World of George Washington: The First President, the First Americans, and the Birth of the Nation." This is a brilliant portrait of both the most revered man in American history and those whose story during the tumultuous century in which the country was formed has, until now, been only partially told. This is an event that any history buff should attend - so make sure you don't miss it!
