Shipping and Delivery
Please enter a street address whenever possible for shipping purposes. We prefer to ship your purchase to you using UPS, and they cannot deliver to a post office box.
Because online order information is processed centrally, individual stores do not have information about your order. Consequently, your order will be shipped to you; it cannot be picked up by you at one of our stores.
If you would like to have us deliver your purchase to a different address than your own, simply indicate the ship-to address on the checkout form and we will be glad to do so. At this time we do not have the capability to ship items in a single purchase to multiple addresses. Please complete a new checkout process for each shipping address. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
We are sorry, but in most cases we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been submitted. We process orders very quickly and once an order leaves our store, were unable to modify it.
Our shipping charge for standard UPS and U.S. Postal Service ground shipments in the contiguous United States varies depending on the total of your order:$5.95 for orders valued up to $25.00
$6.95 for orders valued $25.01 to $75.00
$7.95 for orders valued $75.01 to $125.00
$9.95 for orders over $125.00
We are very sorry, but at the present time we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
For all shipments outside the contiguous United States, our shipping charge is the exact amount which UPS charges us. We will email you the exact amount of the charge and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the charge before we ship your order.
In most cases youll receive your order in three to four business days.
