Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason an item purchased from us is not completely satisfactory to you, please return it to us for a full refund.

Returns

Please Contact Us if you need assistance with an order you have received. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

Please include in the shipment:

1.      A note telling us why you are returning the item.

2.      Instructions on how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a gift certificate, issue a refund by crediting the card originally charged, or other (please explain).

3.      Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.

4.      Please include your telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.

Keep Your Original Receipt

We encourage you to keep the original receipt for the purchase of your item if at all possible. We will accept your return without the original receipt if you purchased the item from us online and you send the return to the address specified above.

However, if you wish to return an item purchased online to one of our physical store locations, you must have the original receipt. Returns taken directly to one of our stores without the receipt cannot be accepted at this time because the individual stores do not have access to records of your online purchasing information.
